Tibetan Buddhism has preserved within it an ancient set of teachings with which we can cultivate and eventually fully realize our own innate enlightened mind, or Buddha nature. This series of classes aims to give a clear explanation of these ancient teachings in the context of how they can be practically applied to our modern lifestyle and help us to solve the worldly challenges that we face, as well as cultivate our inner peace, happiness and bliss!
