Each class will last half an hour and will consist of a warm up, followed by a series of basic qi-gong breathing and movement exercises designed to fully balance and revitalize your energies, with particular emphasis on energizing your body’s natural immunity system.

The classes will be fully guided by Toby, and therefore suitable for beginners and those who have some experience of qi-gong alike!

The classes will also include warm down exercises in order to focus on transforming the qi that we have generated in our physical bodies during the class into cerebral and spiritual forms of energy, to expand our awareness and improve our brain function.
